Senior Portraits: Karalie

December 17th, 2009

It’s been a fairly busy fall here at Julie Pecenco Photography, and the blog has been left behind. As the end of the year approaches, I thought I would share some of my favorites from this fall’s portrait sessions. October was last-minute senior portrait time, and we had fun capturing some special images of some great kids during their final year of high school.

For all of you 2011 grads, don’t wait until October to schedule your senior portraits! Summer is the perfect time for great outdoor sessions, so book early.

A Grand Installation: The Rev. Craig Schwalenberg

October 29th, 2009

Rev. Craig Schwalenberg gives the BenedictionThe Unitarian Universalist Society of Oneonta recently called a new minister, the Rev. Craig Schwalenberg. He’s been hard at work since August, but his formal installation was held this past Sunday, and he asked me to photograph the event.

Numerous UU and other local clergy and dignitaries attended and participated in the service, including Oneonta Mayor John Nader, Rev. Teressa Sivers of Oneonta’s First United Methodist Church and Rev. Judy Thistle, Chaplain at A.O. Fox Hospital.

More photos from the event are availble in several locations online.

The highlights, captioned and tagged to the best of my ability, are on Facebook. If you are friends with anyone I didn’t tag, please tag them.

Back to business

October 29th, 2009
The blog went down the other night, but I think everything got restored to it’s original condition. A few crazed RSS feed went out in the meanwhile, so sorry about that. But now that we’re back to normal, I though it was time for some updates. October has been a busy month with a slew of portrait shoots, so I have plenty to share in the next few entires.
